**Job Title:** Servicenow IT Specialist

**Location:** Bangalore/Pune/Kochi, India

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a highly skilled Servicenow IT Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our ServiceNow development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

We are looking for someone with strong experience in Servicenow development, including proficiency in most of the ServiceNow tools and features such as Business Rule, Script Include, Client Scripts, UI Policies, AJAX, Glide Scripting, Java Scripting, Jelly Scripting, Service Portal, Angular JS, Widgets, Workflow, Catalog Development, UI Page, UI Scripts, UI Action, Inbound Action, Notifications, REST & SOAP APIs, Workflow Custom Activities, SQL, Database

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing ServiceNow solutions that meet client needs
  • Implementing ServiceNow integrations with external tools using Web Services & REST APIs
  • Developing custom applications using ServiceNow
  • Testing and debugging solutions to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Collaborating with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues

To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication skills and the ability to translate client requirements into technical designs. You should also have experience working in an Agile-based delivery model and possess certification in Application Developer (CAD) or similar.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow development
  • Proficiency in most ServiceNow tools and features
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in an Agile-based delivery model
  • Certification in Application Developer (CAD) or similar

**Salary Range:** ₹10,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
