THE ROLE: Lead Engineer  

Job overview:

Our technical team is a diverse group of individuals with expertise in Share Point development , Sharepoint Administration, O Miragtion / Administration and ServiceNow Specialist. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Team Manager to lead and inspire our talented team.

Job Responsibilities:

. Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of software developers with diverse skill sets.

• Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture, fostering high morale and engagement

. Technical Solutioning:  

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SharePoint & O Migration and Developments projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.

. Collaboration and Communication:  

• Foster effective communication within the team and with onsite/offshore stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and expectations.

• Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional dependencies and promote a unified approach to software development.

. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains within the software development lifecycle.

• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating relevant advancements into team strategies.

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• - Years experience managing technical teams, preferably in an O, Sharepoint management

• Solid technical background with expertise in O migration, Sharepoint Development, Administration

• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive team culture.

• Demonstrated success in project management, delivering software solutions on time and within budget.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
