Key Objectives:

  • We spearhead large-scale data center construction projects from inception to delivery.
  • We collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for successful project outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: We manage all phases, design permitting, commissioning, and handover.
  • Resource Planning: We develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Site Management: We oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with plans, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Negotiations: We manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Team Collaboration: We work with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to align objectives and resolve issues.
  • Risk Management: We identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Reporting: We prepare regular project status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Safety Compliance: We ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety policies on-site.
  • Leadership Development: We mentor teams of construction managers, engineers, and site supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience managing large-scale data center or critical facility construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure systems, including electrical, mechanical, and structural components.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
