About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing automation solutions for our data centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation solutions using industry-standard electrical and mechanical systems used in data centers, as well as controls/monitoring systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and modify controls logic programming and graphical user interfaces.
  • Manage multiple stakeholder deliverables, requirements, and navigate challenging situations.
  • Project coordination experience with multiple teams or vendors to meet project requirements for data centers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent understanding of industry-standard electrical and mechanical systems used in data centers, as well as controls/monitoring systems.
  • 10+ years of experience in designing, configuring, programming, installing, troubleshooting or servicing HVAC Controls and Electrical SCADA systems application specific controllers, Building Management System (BMS) Controls software and networks.
  • TCP/IP, MQTT, BACnet, and/or MODBUS communication protocol experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
