Job Title: Home Automation Consultant

Location: Narsingi, Hyderabad

Role Overview:

The Home Automation Consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers visiting our experience center. They will guide clients through interactive product demonstrations, explain the value and functionality of various automation solutions, and help customers envision how these technologies can be integrated into their homes.

Key Responsibilities:


• Welcome customers visiting the experience center and provide personalized tours.


• Demonstrate and explain home automation systems (lighting, climate control, entertainment, security, energy management, etc.)


• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions from our product portfolio.


• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest smart home technologies and company offerings.


• Contribute to continuous improvement of the experience center tours and demonstrations.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred).


• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in home automation, consumer electronics, or technology sales.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.


• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.


• Passion for smart technology, innovation, and lifestyle solutions.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical, and support teams.
