Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to join our team as a Strategic Partnership Manager.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies for contractor/subcontractor partnerships, driving growth and profitability for the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing long-term strategies for contractor/subcontractor partnerships
  • Conducting research and analysis on the effectiveness of the onboarding process
  • Aligning departmental goals and resource allocation with organizational strategy based on demand and supply matrix
  • Planning engagement activities to motivate contractors and partners
  • Assessing market trends and competitors to inform contractor/subcontractor payout decisions
  • Presenting findings, projections, and recommended actions
  • Monitoring and reporting on projects
  • Supporting senior executives/managers in decision-making processes
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A business degree or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 6-8 years of experience in merchant onboarding, management consulting, or strategic planning
  • 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Project management skills
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
