We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to join our team as a Strategic Partnership Manager.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies for contractor/subcontractor partnerships, driving growth and profitability for the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing long-term strategies for contractor/subcontractor partnerships
- Conducting research and analysis on the effectiveness of the onboarding process
- Aligning departmental goals and resource allocation with organizational strategy based on demand and supply matrix
- Planning engagement activities to motivate contractors and partners
- Assessing market trends and competitors to inform contractor/subcontractor payout decisions
- Presenting findings, projections, and recommended actions
- Monitoring and reporting on projects
- Supporting senior executives/managers in decision-making processes
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A business degree or related field (MBA preferred)
- 6-8 years of experience in merchant onboarding, management consulting, or strategic planning
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Project management skills
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
