Job Role

This role involves supporting the delivery of complex transformation programs within a data portfolio. You will work with agile teams to create world-class products that meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate should have experience in data analysis or data modeling, with a strong understanding of financial domains and data analysis skills, including requirement gathering, elicitation, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, and database designing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit and analyze business change, functional, and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-asset IT teams to interface those requirements and deliver a working reconciliation solution.
  • Own and produce relevant analysis and modeling artifacts for development teams.
  • Create/enhance logical and physical data models adhering to agreed standards.
  • Undertake metadata analysis, including naming logical entities and attributes, physical tables and columns, definitions, and data types.
Requirements
  • 4-8 years of experience in data analysis or data modeling.
  • Strong financial domain and data analysis skills.
  • Understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and bridge gaps between business and technical teams.
