About the Role



Seeking a strategic leader to drive profitability and maximize return on capital employed in our Equities division. The role demands expertise in equity markets, portfolio management, team leadership, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the business strategy for the Equities division.
  • Manage daily operations of equity trading, research, and investment teams.
  • Ensure adherence to SEBI and other regulatory requirements in equity operations.
  • Build and maintain strong client and institutional relationships.
  • Inspire and lead the equities team to deliver superior results.
  • Drive innovation in research methodologies, portfolio strategies, and market approaches.
  • Analyze and present sales, trading, and financial performance data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing and product positioning strategies.
  • Maintain profitability and maximize return on capital employed (ROCE).


Required Skillsets:
  • Strong expertise in equity markets, trading strategies, and portfolio management.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and equity research.
  • Excellent understanding of SEBI regulations, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and mentor.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial data interpretation, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Ability to develop innovative equity products and go-to-market strategies.
