Job Title: Collections Manager
Key Responsibilities
  • Timely communication with stakeholders across portfolio parameters of resolution, rollback & normalization.
  • Ensure achievement of Resolution, Rollback/ Normalization targets assigned on the allocated portfolio are achieved.
  • Submission of receipts and timely payment application within the approved timeframe.
  • Receipt reconciliation to be done within the approved cutoff date.
  • Monthly audits to ensure 100% process adherence. Any deviations reported to the location head/Risk Control Manager.
  • Field follow-up updates in DCR and trails sent to the Central Team for updation in V+ for all referred/case-allocated cases.
  • Communication on pickups for accounts where pickups have been generated.
  • Vendor payouts are raised timely, and commission is subsequently paid to vendors.
  • Operate within regulatory frameworks with 100% compliance of regulatory norms.
  • Direct field follow-up on high-risk accounts by Agency Manager along with agency proprietor/supervisor.
  • Necessary investigations into complaints received across channels are shared post review to prevent reputational/financial loss.
  • Identify and recommend cases requiring legal recourse and ensure legal coverage as appropriate.
