Job Title: Strategic Business Development Lead

In this role, you will engage with potential customers and teams to gather requirements, estimate effort, cost, schedules, design size, and feasibility.

The responsibilities include:

  • Planning RTL logic design and verification projects, including initial synthesis with constraints and UPF development.
  • Leading project technical teams to execute these designs, mentoring more junior engineers, and interacting with implementation teams to ensure clean hand-offs and successful project outcomes.
  • Working as both an individual contributor and a project leader, depending on the project's size and scope.

The qualifications for this role include:

  • At least 15 years of experience.

The required skills include:

  • Excellent customer interfacing and strategic business development skills.
  • Proposal writing, presentation, and tuning as per requirement.
  • RTL logic design, design verification, teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience as a senior technical contributor, planning and leading RTL logic design development projects.
  • Good hands-on knowledge of Test Bench creation, configuration, and UVM methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing verification environments and performing complete verification on design blocks, sub-systems, and full SoCs.
  • Proven experience with customer interfacing and collaborative teamwork.
  • Contributing to multiple project tapeouts.
  • Hands-on experience with complex SOC designs.
  • Intimate knowledge of tools, flows, and methodologies required to execute design projects.
  • FPGA Design and Verification Knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with different protocols.
  • Ability to create and drive proposals.
  • Will be able to travel occasionally for short periods of time and work on-site at customer premises as required.

  • Experience in leading teams and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
