Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement business development programs to ramp up growth.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive strategies, playbooks and toolkits that evolve with market changes.
  • Align business process with customer journey, closing skill and content gaps across the funnel.
  • Partner with leadership to define competencies, certifications and frameworks for success.
  • Evaluate and implement business tools and processes to streamline workflows.
  • Act as a coach and trusted advisor to business leaders, helping them grow and succeed better.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in business development or sales (quota-carrying experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to build business development programs from scratch in high-growth environments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and project management skills.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and CS.
  • Familiarity with business tools and modern sales tech (LMS, CRM, call recording, sales engagement).
  • A builder's mindset and excitement to scale with a fast-growing company.
