The position of Chief Financial Officer is a critical leadership role in the organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management and leadership, with a proven track record of driving strategic growth and profitability. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:


Financial Planning and Strategy

    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with the company's overall business strategy.

    • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's long-term sustainability and success.


Financial Reporting and Analysis

    • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including the board of directors and investors.

    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


Leadership and Team Management

    • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.


Compliance and Risk Management

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

    • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to protect the company's assets and reputation.


Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; CPA/CA/CMA certification preferred.

    • Minimum 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience.

    • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and risk management.

    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
