Our team is looking for a seasoned business professional to drive strategic growth initiatives and shape our future direction.Key Responsibilities
  • Own revenue and P&L: Set the growth thesis, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and run a tight operating cadence to balance scale with unit economics.
  • Strategic growth & category expansion: Identify high-impact levers across segments, offerings, geographies, and partnerships; build business cases and translate them into a focused execution roadmap.
  • Experimentation engine: Design and run cross-functional experiments across product, technology, operations, and marketing with clear hypotheses, guardrails, and success criteria.
  • Product & tech for revenue: Prioritize features and internal tools that improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization.
  • Marketing efficiency & portfolio mix: Orchestrate channel strategy and lifecycle communication to maximize incremental revenue at optimal spend efficiency.
  • Operational excellence & customer experience alignment: Align capacity, service-level agreements (SLAs), and processes to convert demand reliably and drive throughput.
  • Insights, forecasting & governance: Build dashboards, cohort and funnel views, and forward forecasts to support key business decisions.
