Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive our elevator operations in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with the Indian elevator market landscape, including customer needs, competitor activity, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to promote us as a leading elevator authority in India, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, regulators, and industry partners.
  • Leverage your leadership skills to motivate and guide a high-performing team, ensuring seamless delivery of services and achieving business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Integrative personality with strong leadership skills and ability to connect with people.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in relevant local languages and English (min. B2 level).
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to drive business development and sales activities.
  • Mobility, flexibility, and willingness to travel within the region.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Engineering degree (electrical or mechanical)
  • Master degree in business administration (MBA) would be beneficial.
