Talent Acquisition Strategist

Develop a robust, multi-channel search strategy to attract top managerial and technical contributors.
- Partner with executive recruiters to build intellectual capital and stay up-to-date on key market trends and competitive intelligence.
- Act as a career advisor to candidates and educate hiring managers about talent demographics.
- Engage with senior-level executives to articulate talent and market findings with high business acumen.
- Prepare and contribute to talent reports and lead client update meetings.
Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on top technical talent. Deliver high-impact search recruitment research and talent mappings in key tech areas in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Continuously contribute to the knowledge base by monitoring trends, providing education on relevant industries and talent pools/profiles.
- Build, cultivate, and nurture talent pools through events, campaigns, and meaningful touchpoints.
- Focus on building now-and-ready-later talent pools for frequently hired roles.
- Conduct market mapping to identify top talent locations.
- Support client update meetings with market-relevant content.
