Role - Lead Commercial Business
About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic Sales/Business Development professional who can establish strategic business tie-ups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying key decision-makers in various industries and collaborating with them to drive growth.
This role involves lead generation, sales strategy development, and closing deals to meet or exceed targets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate, construction, interior, or B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Follow up on business leads and referrals to drive the sales process forward.
- Sales Strategy & Customer Experience: Develop and implement smart strategies to ensure efficient sales processes and outstanding customer experiences.
- Client Engagement: Travel to client locations, conduct product presentations, and product demonstrations to drive sales and meet targets.
- Results-Driven Focus: Maintain flexibility and focus on achieving results in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Local Marketing & Business Expansion: Participate in local marketing initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and help scale the business in your region.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil, construction, or architecture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, construction sales, preferably in B2B or partnership management.
- Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals.
- Experience in sales and business management strategies and planning.
- Drive strategic growth with full ownership of partnership development.
- Good relationship building skills with a solid data-driven approach.
- Kannada speaking is mandatory.
