Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools, including ticketing systems and helpdesk platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++, with the ability to write simple scripts and programs.
