Memory Design Engineer Job

We are seeking an experienced Memory Design Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-custom memory design and architectures, with expertise in SRAM design verification and layout design. We expect you to ensure timely project execution, maintain high design quality, and publish project health reports. You will also be responsible for debugging physical verification flow issues and optimizing layouts for yield enhancement and manufacturing robustness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and verification of SRAM memories using Cadence Virtuoso or Synopsys Custom Compiler
  • Expertise in working on FinFET architecture and challenges such as variability and manufacturability
  • Proficient in various physical verification flow debug tools like DRC, LVS, DFM, PERC, ERC, EM, IR
  • Strong understanding of good layout practices in lower process nodes (7nm and 5nm)

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in custom memory design and verification
  • Hands-on experience with SRAM leaf cell GDS from scratch to top-level integration
  • Expertise in working on memory layout design for advanced nodes (TSMC: 7nm/5nm/3nm)
