Our company seeks a skilled Memory Architect to join its team. This is a mid-level role that requires strong knowledge of CMOS Transistors, their behaviors, and CMOS logic design and layout.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing memory compilers layouts and Fast Cache instances layouts for our next-generation Cores. They will also create high-quality design rule-driven layouts and review schematics with the engineering team, proposing changes based on layout implications.Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing memory compilers layouts and Fast Cache instances layouts for our next-generation Cores
  • Creating high-quality design rule-driven layouts
  • Reviewing schematics with the engineering team and proposing changes based on layout implications
Requirements:
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in Electronic Engineering or an equivalent field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SRAM/memories layouts creation and backend verification, including EMIR analysis
  • Basic understanding of CMOS Transistors, their behaviors, and CMOS logic design and layout
  • Good interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
  • Scripting languages such as Perl/Python
  • Experience working on Cadence/Synopsys flows
