Senior Data Architect - Mission Critical Systems

This is a high-profile role for an experienced Senior Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of mission-critical data systems.

The successful candidate will have deep expertise in designing and deploying scalable, high-performance data architectures that meet business requirements and drive strategic growth. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and implement data architectures that support scalability, fault tolerance, and high availability for Tier 1 applications.
    • Leverage advanced data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, Flink) and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) to optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
    • Lead investigations into performance regressions, scalability issues, or system failures, ensuring rapid resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale data architectures.
    • Deep knowledge of data processing frameworks, databases, and cloud computing platforms.
    • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
