Global Expansion Manager Job Description

The role of the Global Expansion Manager involves driving the company's international growth strategy, building key relationships with stakeholders, and developing sales initiatives to promote services globally.

This position requires a highly skilled individual who can develop and execute a global expansion strategy, build partnerships with accounting firms, consulting firms, immigration advisors, tax consultants, travel agencies, and corporate offices.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global expansion strategy to promote UAE/Dubai business setup and residency solutions.
  • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with key international partners including accounting firms, consulting firms, immigration advisors, tax consultants, travel agencies, and corporate offices.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new channel partners in different regions to expand the company's global footprint.
  • Drive sales growth by generating qualified leads and converting them into clients through strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, business conferences, and networking events to promote services and build connections.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements and sales contracts with international stakeholders.
  • Provide country-specific insights on regulations, market entry barriers, and partnership opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Global Expansion Manager, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international business development, sales, or expansion management, preferably in business setup, consulting, immigration, or corporate services.
  • Strong international network and proven ability to develop strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent knowledge of global markets, business consulting, and international expansion practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
