Job Summary:
United HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal audit, with experience in manufacturing industries and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Internal Audit Plans: Create comprehensive plans in line with SOPs & other relevant regulations to ensure the company's risk management strategy is effectively implemented.
- Review Internal Audit Procedures: Conduct regular reviews of internal audit procedures, processes & SOPs to ensure they are up-to-date and align with prevailing operating standards.
- Perform Special Investigative Audits: Conduct special investigative audits to identify and address potential risks and areas of improvement.
- Verify Company Assets: Conduct thorough verification of company assets, stock, and make recommendations on safeguarding and protection.
- Review Transactions: Review and report transactions and costing studies as directed by the Lead - Internal Auditor.
- Conduct Scheduled Audits: Conduct scheduled and special audits to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement.
- Update Audit Risk Plans: Regularly review and update audit risk plans in relation to audit plans to ensure alignment with changing business needs.
- Discuss Findings: Discuss and disseminate audit findings and recommendations with the Lead - Internal Auditor to ensure effective implementation of corrective actions.
