Job Title:

Night Shift Ticketing Operations Coordinator

Manage ticketing operations during evening and night hours. This is a skilled role that requires the ability to handle client queries efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ticketing Operations:
    • Book, cancel, reschedule, and manage domestic and international tickets.
    • Handle amendments, refunds, and re-issuances as per client requirements.
    • Monitor and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly.
  • Customer Support:
    • Provide customer service via calls, emails, and chats during the night shift.
    • Assist clients with queries related to fares, routing, and policies.
  • System Handling:
    • Work on GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for reservations and ticket issuance.
    • Ensure accurate data entry and booking processes.
  • Coordination:
    • Liaise with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations.
    • Update clients on travel schedules, changes, and airline policies.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate transaction logs and prepare daily reports.
    • Follow company policies and adhere to industry regulations.

  • Proven Experience in Airline Ticketing and Travel Services.
  • Strong Knowledge of GDS Systems.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
