We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with our Technology and IT staffing clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our local and national accounts in the Technology and IT staffing sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships, as well as developing new business opportunities and expanding our client portfolio through proactive outreach.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing existing client relationships in the Technology and IT staffing sector.
- Developing new business opportunities and expanding our client portfolio through proactive outreach.
- Understanding clients' technical staffing requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients.
- Monitoring client satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
- Providing exceptional presentation skills, sales forecasting, team collaboration, and competitive market analysis.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies (AI), network technologies, and roles that support these disciplines.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
