IT Order Management Lead

About the Role
- To lead and manage a team of IT Order Managers, ensure they achieve organizational goals and deliver outstanding customer experience through on-time delivery and meeting all constraints.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of Orange ordering tools and purchasing processes, utilizing this expertise to drive team success.
- Manage workload distribution, customer/project assignments as per business requirements, and ensure healthy communications/interactions between all internal and external entities.
- Establish and manage relationships with customers and all key stakeholders, ensuring a positive impact on team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Accountable for team performance on all set global targets, focusing on Customer Satisfaction, reduction in Delivery Lead Time, and order cycle for OB products and services.
- Maintain Database(s) integrity, quality, and accuracy, ensuring all process guidelines defined by process owners are adhered to.
- Communicate and cascade requisite process changes and related information to the team, ensuring adherence to defined guidelines.
- Develop and manage the team's skills, knowledge, and competencies to ensure they meet the required standards.
About You
- ITIL, Lean Six Sigma Certification, and/or Project Management Skills are essential for this role, as they enable effective team management and process optimization.
- A Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a relevant area, preferably with an MBA, is required to lead and manage a team effectively.
Additional Information
- At least 8-12 years of experience in the telecommunications field, with a minimum of 3-5 years in people management, is necessary to lead this team.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is required for effective communication and stakeholder management.
