Human Resources Business Partner
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This individual will serve as the primary HR point of contact for our warehouse site, driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary HR point of contact at the warehouse site.
- Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
- Manage attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in coordination with operations.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar/frontline staff.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Ensure smooth HR operations across rotational shifts and multiple workforce levels.
- 4+ years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setups.
- Proven experience in managing a blue-collar workforce.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in regional languages preferred for effective employee communication.
- Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and travel across warehouse locations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools.
