Business Development and Analysis Professional

This position is responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, market penetration, and data-driven insights.

  • Develop and execute business sourcing strategies to enhance performance.
  • Penetrate new corporate markets leveraging insights from various teams.
  • Analyze key business metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Present reports to senior management through PowerPoint presentations.
  • Maintain accurate tracking with HR and senior management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience working on data analysis tools. They should also be familiar with the Infinity Office setup.

Skill sets required:

  • Deep understanding of Corporate Salary Field and business operations from a field perspective.
  • Microsoft Excel expertise including data analysis and manipulation using Pivot tables, vlookups, sorting, and more.
  • Exceptional analytical and presentation skills for effective PowerPoint presentations.
  • Familiarity with Infinity Office setup.

Key Accountabilities:
