Job Opportunity: Business Development Specialist
The role of the Commercial Manager is pivotal in overseeing financial operations, ensuring precision and timeliness, and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities- Financial Operations:
- Strategic Oversight: Monitor end-to-end finance operations with a focus on revenue cycle management, compliance, and accuracy.
- Process Enhancement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize financial processes.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Financial Planning: Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts for informed decision-making and optimal performance.
- Variance Analysis: Monitor and track budgets, highlighting variances and providing actionable insights.
- Financial Reporting & Closing:
- Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Financial Closings: Manage timely and accurate submission of reports, including balance sheet schedules and reconciliations.
- MIS, Audit & Compliance:
- Information Systems Development: Design and implement comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS) for data-driven decision-making.
- Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audit closures.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders for finance-related matters.
Requirements:
- CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance)
- 8–10 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Exposure to legal / commercial drafting an added advantage
