B2B Leadership Role

This is a critical and strategic position within an organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Business Growth team in corporate collaborations across all regions, driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets through effective strategy development and execution.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for B2B sales initiatives.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
  • 8-10 years of sales experience in a B2B sales growth and development role, preferably in the education or SAAS industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to develop and pitch winning proposals to clients.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work with various stakeholders, including University Principals, CHROs, L&D & HR professionals, and Business/C-suite Executives.
