Job Title: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated representative to work with prospective students in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to assess and qualify leads based on their interest and fit for our courses.
About the Role:
- Lead Qualification: Actively engage with prospective students to generate leads.
- Prospective Student Engagement: Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective students by offering valuable information on course details, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads and smooth conversion into enrolled students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with prospective students to generate leads.
- Assess and qualify leads based on their interest and fit for our courses.

Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service or pre-sales.
