Job Title: Executive Director of Corporate Social Responsibility

This role oversees the development and implementation of a comprehensive corporate social responsibility strategy. Key responsibilities include managing CSR projects related to education, health, environment, and skill development.

Key performance indicators will be used to track the impact of CSR initiatives. Field visits and third-party evaluations will also be conducted to assess project effectiveness.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with business objectives;
  • Ensure CSR initiatives are scalable, sustainable, and measurable;
  • Collaborate with NGOs and other stakeholders for project partnerships;
  • Manage CSR budgets and expenditure in accordance with statutory requirements;
  • Publish annual CSR reports for inclusion in corporate disclosures;
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Represent the company at CSR forums and events;
  • Develop KPIs to track CSR initiative impact.

Required Skills:

MSW/MBA/PMIR or Master in Mass Communication
