As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for spearheading our corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy, aligning it with the company's mission and business objectives. Your goal will be to drive positive social impact while enhancing our reputation through strategic CSR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will design and manage CSR projects in education, health, environment, livelihood, skill development, and more.
  • Evaluate CSR initiatives for scalability, sustainability, and measurability to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Cultivate partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and other stakeholders for project collaborations that foster mutual growth.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant CSR regulations, such as the Companies Act of India.
  • Monitor CSR budgets and expenditures according to statutory requirements to ensure transparency.
  • Publish annual CSR reports for corporate disclosures, highlighting our commitment to social responsibility.
  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the company in CSR forums and events.
  • Promote employee volunteering and community engagement programs, amplifying our social impact.
  • Develop KPIs to measure CSR initiative effectiveness and ensure transparency.
  • Conduct field visits and third-party evaluations to assess project outcomes.
  • Coordinate CSR content dissemination through internal and external media channels.
Requirements:
  • You must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Public Policy, or Mass Communication.
  • Fluency in Kannada language is mandatory.
