CSR Strategy Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled CSR strategy implementation specialist to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive CSR initiatives that align with our mission and business objectives.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement CSR strategies related to education, health, environment, livelihood, skill development, and other areas of social impact.
  • Project Management: Manage CSR projects, ensuring they are scalable, sustainable, and measurable, demonstrating a clear return on investment for stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with NGOs, governmental bodies, and other stakeholders for project partnerships, fostering strong relationships and driving positive change.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable CSR regulations, such as the Companies Act.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor CSR budgets and expenditure, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present periodic CSR reports to management and board-level committees, publishing annual CSR reports for inclusion in corporate disclosures.
  • Internal and External Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the company in CSR forums, conferences, and social impact events.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CSR strategy implementation, preferably holding an MSW/MBA/PMIR or Master in Mass Communication degree. Fluency in Kannada language is mandatory.
