Leader in Corporate Social Responsibility

This role entails developing and implementing a CSR strategy that aligns with the company's mission and objectives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and managing CSR projects related to education, health, environment, livelihood, skill development, and more.
Key responsibilities include evaluating and ensuring that CSR initiatives are scalable, sustainable, and measurable. You will also collaborate with NGOs, governmental bodies, and other stakeholders for project partnerships. Furthermore, you will maintain compliance with applicable CSR regulations and monitor CSR budgets in accordance with statutory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, they should be able to represent the company in CSR forums, conferences, and social impact events.
Qualifications:- Master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or social work.
- Proficiency in Kannada language is mandatory.
