Seeking a CSR Strategist

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy that aligns with our mission and business objectives.

This involves designing and executing initiatives that focus on education, health, environment, livelihood, and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop CSR projects that are scalable, sustainable, and measurable.
  • Collaborate with NGOs, governmental bodies, and other stakeholders for project partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable CSR regulations and monitor budgets and expenditure.
  • Publish annual CSR reports and prepare periodic reports for management and board-level committees.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on CSR progress and initiatives.
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Social Work (MSW), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is required.

Knowledge of Kannada language is mandatory.
