Job Title: Health Research Manager

Job Description

As a Health Research Manager, you will be responsible for leading research projects and programs to improve health outcomes. Your primary goal will be to design and implement research protocols that drive meaningful insights and program recommendations.

Key responsibilities include conducting statistical and thematic data analysis, translating findings into actionable insights, and preparing research reports, policy briefs, white papers, and case studies for internal and external dissemination.

You will also oversee data collection processes, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and data privacy norms. Additionally, you will collaborate with technical partners, academic institutions, and field teams to ensure coordinated data collection and quality assurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in health research, monitoring, and evaluation
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing research protocols
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
