Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Presales Specialist to support B2B sales processes across complex technical and service-based solutions.
- Conduct targeted research to identify potential leads and decision-makers within target accounts.
- Analyze customer segments and generate customer personas and pain points.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Initiate cold outreach via calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Develop and tailor customized presentations, pitch decks, and sales materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform competitor research and market trend analysis to inform sales strategy.
- Deliver product or solution demos to qualified leads, showcasing value propositions.
- Work closely with the sales team to co-create sales pitches and proposal decks.
- Support the team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with tailored documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in presales, business development, solution consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
