Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Presales Specialist to support B2B sales processes across complex technical and service-based solutions.

  • Conduct targeted research to identify potential leads and decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Analyze customer segments and generate customer personas and pain points.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Initiate cold outreach via calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Develop and tailor customized presentations, pitch decks, and sales materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform competitor research and market trend analysis to inform sales strategy.
  • Deliver product or solution demos to qualified leads, showcasing value propositions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to co-create sales pitches and proposal decks.
  • Support the team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with tailored documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in presales, business development, solution consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
