Customer Experience Team Lead

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business results through strategic leadership, coaching, and people management.
Leadership Responsibilities
Coach and develop team members to achieve business objectives and improve performance.
Manage and lead a high-performing team of up to 25 associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Develop and implement processes to drive business results and improve customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business objectives and initiatives.
Performance Management and Development
Develop and implement performance management processes to drive associate performance and development.
Provide regular coaching and feedback to associates to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
Identify and develop high-potential associates to drive future business growth.
Customer Experience and Innovation
The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving innovation through process improvement and technological advancements.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
1+ year's people management experience preferably in support or fulfillment operations.
Ability to work flexible schedules and shifts, including night shifts, and occasional travel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex operating models and identify areas for improvement.
