Job Overview
The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring that all aspects of customer service are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing inventory, developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales, and monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise customer service team to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service and meet performance goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with other departments such as marketing, finance, and procurement.
