Job Title: Customer Service Team Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Manager to join our team at NKlusive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Advisors who will be engaged in responding to enquiries of prospective and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the acceptance of all incoming calls to the customer care numbers within the given time frame.
- Ensure follow up of the missed calls irrespective of working and non-working hours.
- Action all digital enquiries coming to them through various sources within the given time frame and update the remarks in the CRM.
- Attend all Web chat/E-mail enquiries that comes through the website, portals and other online sources and ensure that all queries are adequately responded to within the given time frame.
- Follow up of incoming calls/digital enquiries/web chat and e-mail enquiries according on given scenario.
- Acquire Face to Face appointments from all prospects.
- Follow instructions & abide by rules & regulations of the company as well as that may be laid by the respective reporting authority from time to time in the interest of the business.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Attend walk in customers at office premises.
- Maintain the Project Brochures as physical copies at the Office Premises.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:
- Qualification - Graduation in any stream.
- Experience – 2 - 3 years' experience in Customer Service function as a Quality Analyst/Process Trainer/Team Leader.
- Competencies – Excellent verbal skills - English, Hindi and Telegu. Relevant digital exposure, hands on with MS office Customer Focus, Customer Service, Data Entry Skills, Phone Etiquettes, Building Relationships, People Skills, Interpersonal skills, Objection Handling, Multi-tasking. Honesty and integrity. Smart & Presentable. Good Team Player, Team Management.
