Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Supervisor to lead our support team in Hyderabad, India. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of customer support agents across multiple channels (email, chat, and phone)
- Act as a trusted point of contact for escalations and high-priority issues
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch or improve product support workflows
- Utilize data and metrics to drive business decisions and optimize support processes
- Minimum 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience in an operations environment
- Experience scaling teams across multiple workflows and channels
- Excellent track record of leading high-performing teams and using metrics to make business decisions
- Subject matter expertise and interest in the crypto ecosystem
