Job Title: India Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in Civil Engineering or Architecture recruitment to join our team.

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and be able to work effectively in a remote environment.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in India recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.

Preferred qualifications include experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
