Talent Sourcing Specialist – IT Infra Hiring

This role requires the ability to develop end-to-end sourcing strategies for large-scale IT Infra roles, utilizing job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and creative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive talent.

  • Develop comprehensive sourcing plans that meet aggressive timelines and yield high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize Boolean search techniques and expertise in ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms to streamline the candidate identification process.
  • BUILD STRONG PIPELINES FOR CURRENT AND FUTURE HIRING NEEDS IN THE IT SERVICES LANDSCAPE BY IDENTIFYING TALENT WITH RELEVANT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritize role requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing workflows.
  • Evaluate candidates based on skills, cultural fit, and compensation alignment to guarantee successful placements.
  • Analyze and optimize sourcing performance using data-driven insights to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically in IT Infra hiring.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume mandates and meet tight turnarounds.
  • Expertise in Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to foster effective collaboration.
  • Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or tech recruitment is beneficial but not required.
