Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead our data migration efforts. This role involves utilizing technical skills and AI coding assistants to create a streamlined method of moving clients from legacy platforms to our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Design, manage, and optimize complex data migrations
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes
- Build a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs
- Establish clear processes for data handling
The ideal candidate will have experience conducting customer migrations, transforming data, and migrating data as part of a data engineering role.

What You Will OwnIn this role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end process of migrating data, including injecting new data into production environments and supporting customer success.
