Offshore Master Data Team Lead

As a seasoned professional, you will lead an offshore Master Data team to ensure excellent SLA performance. You will standardize and automate processes with the NoCC team for maximum efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop the team to achieve exceptional SLA targets.
  • Standardize and automate master data management processes to ensure correctness and timeliness.
  • Ensure accurate and on-time setup, modification, and maintenance of master data in systems.
  • Manage training, routine people development, and compliance activities to maintain a high-performing team.

Master Data Management Activities:

  • Lead the Master Data team to manage projects within agreed timescales and quality levels.
  • Conduct quality checks of master data setup to prevent infractions impacting business operations or customer relationships.
  • End-to-end process management for efficient master data management.
  • Support project initiatives with active participation and collaboration.

General Management Activities:

  • Target management for MICS/Risk Management/Audit compliance (100% Quality).
  • Backup planning (100% team coverage).
  • Training tracking tool maintenance and knowledge gap minimization.
  • SLA/KPI's achievement and monthly update, quality monitoring of team performance.
  • Maintenance/update of process training documentation (L5) as per EP standards.
  • Review and recommendation of workflow enhancements for increased efficiency.
  • Routine management (cascade, stand-up, one-to-one etc.) according to Excellence Program.
  • Communication flow to/from team (positive interaction with external parties, BU & ZCC employees).
  • Best practice sharing within the overall business.
  • Assist in developing procedures for non-recurring transactions and events.

People Management Activities:

  • Compliance with safety procedures and training requirements.
  • Team readiness to perform duties and responsibilities.
  • Administrative people management.
  • Positive work environment creation and maintenance.
  • Execution of People Cycle according to Excellence Program (Targets setting and cascading, Competency appraisal etc.).
  • Strategies the People plan and Responsible for Project related activities from Functional lead.
