About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Technical Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting enterprise data platform (EDP) operations across process improvement, cloud cost management (FinOps), automation, and infrastructure support.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including platform engineering, data engineering, and vendor partners (AWS, Databricks, etc.). Your primary responsibility will be to analyze workflows and processes to identify optimization opportunities, build and manage KPIs, dashboards, and reports for leadership insights, and support FinOps initiatives including cloud cost optimization and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze workflows and processes to identify areas of improvement.
  • Design and implement effective solutions to optimize business processes.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Support cloud cost optimization and vendor management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of EDP operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, and cloud operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or R programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and FinOps practices.
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Quicksight, etc.).
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, IaC, and CI/CD analytics.
