Job Title: Master Backend Developer

We are seeking an experienced expert in backend development with a strong passion for building scalable and high-performance applications.

About the Role:

Lead the design, development and maintenance of backend services using Python (Django) & Node.js to ensure seamless integration with frontend systems.

Design and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for maximum efficiency and scalability.

Work with Next.js & React.js to deliver a smooth web application experience.

Optimize application performance, security and scalability through continuous improvement and best practices.

Manage databases, caching strategies and cloud infrastructure to support business growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution is efficient and effective.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of backend development experience with expertise in Python (Django) and Node.js.
  • Expertise in designing and optimizing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Next.js & React for full-stack development.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Firebase, or Azure).
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, authentication and security best practices.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with WebSockets, real-time data processing or event-driven architecture.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and serverless computing.
