Senior Sales Process Improvement Specialist

CareerPaths is seeking a Senior Sales Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving sales processes to enhance team efficiency and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Partner with Sales Management to oversee daily process execution and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Design and administer sales compensation structures.
- Monitor and maintain high data hygiene standards in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with Go-to Market teams on new sales initiatives and product launches.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Proficiency in Salesforce with experience creating automation and managing declarative functionality.
- Salesforce Admin Certification is highly desirable.
- Experience managing sales compensation structures.
- Advanced knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, DialPad, Chorus, LeanData, Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Proven ability to analyze sales processes and develop strategies to improve performance.
- Self-motivated individual capable of independently managing multiple projects and priorities.
CareerPaths offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, along with:
