Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage end-to-end human resources functions, ensuring compliance and building a positive work culture aligned with business goals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead HR operations including recruitment, payroll, leave management, compliance, and employee relations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing effective HR strategies, policies, and processes tailored for a manufacturing environment.
  • E nsuring statutory and labor law compliance within the factory/plant setup.
  • Driving employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, statutory compliance, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
