**Internal Audit Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of our risk management, control, and governance processes.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and improving our internal controls, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit Execution: Execute robust internal audit engagements and testing and monitoring activities in line with our annual internal audit program
  • Control Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify deficiencies or weaknesses in processes, systems, or practices
  • Audit Planning: Prepare audit engagement plans tailored to the specific risks and objectives of each audit engagement
  • Reporting & Communication: Document audit findings, observations, and recommendations in clear and concise reports for presentation to management and stakeholders
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions and improvements based on audit recommendations
  • Follow-up & Resolution: Monitor and track the status of audit findings and management responses to ensure timely resolution and closure
  • Team Support & Guidance: Provide support and guidance to colleagues within the internal audit team and across the organization on risk management and control-related matters

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of internal audit, internal control concepts, risk management principles, and audit methodologies. They will also possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate audit findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
